FAQ

Do I need to write any code?

No. You build and style widgets inside Conversion Toolkit and place them with the page builder. There’s nothing to copy, paste, or host yourself.

Will it slow down my page?

No meaningfully. Widgets load through a tiny first-party loader and pull their configuration from a cache served close to your visitor. See How it works.

Will editing a widget break the pages it’s on?

No. Your page only references which widget to show, so edits you make in the app appear on every page that uses the widget — no page edits and no re-publishing required.

Can I use one widget on multiple pages?

Yes. Save a widget once and select it on as many pages as you like. Update it in one place and every page reflects the change.

Do my visitors need a platform account?

No. Widgets are public — anyone visiting your funnel or website can use them. Only you (the logged-in platform user) need access, to manage widgets in the app.

Where do captured leads go? What gets saved?

Into your sub-account’s contacts — tagged, noted, and (optionally) with the widget’s results saved to custom fields, so you can trigger follow-up automations. See Lead capture and Tags & custom fields.

What data does the app access, and why?

Only what it needs to show widgets and save the leads they capture — under your own sub-account permissions. We explain every permission in plain English on Permissions & data.

What happens when a countdown ends?

You choose: hide the bar, keep it at zero, or restart it. See Countdown bars.

I installed the app but only see a login screen

This usually means the app was installed at the agency level rather than into a specific sub-account. Re-install and choose the sub-account you want to use it in — see Getting started.

My widget doesn’t appear on the published page

  • Confirm you selected a saved widget in the Conversion Toolkit element’s settings.
  • Re-publish the page after adding the element.
  • Make sure the widget is saved in the app (not left as an unsaved draft).
