Add a saved widget to a page

Saving a widget in Calendar Events does not automatically place it on a page. The saved widget is a reusable configuration; the page builder decides where it appears.

Add it to a page

  1. Open the funnel or website page where the events should appear.
  2. Edit the page in the page builder.
  3. Add the Calendar Events element to the page.
  4. In the element settings, choose the saved widget you want to display.
  5. Save or publish the page.

Once the page is published, visitors see the current version of that saved widget.

Editing after the widget is live

You can keep editing the widget inside Calendar Events after it has been placed on a page. Changes to the calendar source, title, display mode, theme, event limit, or lookahead window update anywhere that saved widget is used.

You only need to edit the page again if you want to move the element, remove it, or switch it to a different saved widget.

If the widget does not show up

  • Confirm the page element has a saved widget selected.
  • Save or publish the page after adding the element.
  • Make sure the widget has a calendar selected.
  • Check that the selected calendar has upcoming events within the widget’s lookahead window.
