Is it really free?

Yes. There’s no subscription and no per-lead fee.

Are the estimates accurate?

They’re as accurate as your rates. The calculator multiplies home size by your price per square foot and shows a ±15% range, so set rates from your real jobs. See Your pricing. Every estimate shows a disclaimer that the final price needs an in-home assessment, and you can edit that wording.

Can I have more than one calculator?

Yes, as many as you like. Each one has its own rates, wording and look.

I’m an agency. Can I set this up for my clients?

Yes. Install it into each HVAC client’s sub-account; each one gets its own calculator and its own leads. Every lead is tagged hvac-calculator, so one workflow works for all of them.

I deleted the calculator that came with the app. How do I get one back?

Click Create new HVAC calculator on the app’s home page.

What happens if I uninstall?

Calculators on your pages stop showing estimates and display a short “not active” message instead. Reinstall and they come back as they were.
